Our Philosophy

Good manners are not only indispensable in society, but they have a very practical value in the business world. The sooner we begin instilling these lessons, the more kinder our world will be.
Our mission is to wake up this Generation, give a hand to the past Generation and to Guide the Present Generation.
Our History

Mrs. Payton founded The Guiding Light Enterprises serving the ARKLATEX to help foster the ideals of proper etiquette, good manners, and civil behavior. "Social Skills are necessary for school success; they affect how children do in the classroom and ultimately the world", says Niccqueta Payton. Although the spirit of etiquette remains the same, the expression of etiquette, the rules of conduct which govern social life and our associations with one another, is forever evolving to adjust to the times.
